Pressure Transmitter with Flush Diaphragm

The pressure transducers of flush diaphragm series are specially designed and developed for medical and beverage applications. The sensing element is flush mount so that no cavities have to be cleaned. This prevents media to plug the orifice or pressure inlet. This can reduce or prevent contamination of different process media. The products comply with EU regulations for CE protection.

The pressure transducer with a flush mount membrane made of stainless steel (361L) can especially be used in applications where fast an easy cleaning is a necessity. It can also be used in applications with viscous media and media temperature from -40 to +100°C. Due to the flexibility of the usage, the applications like agricultural machinery on fertilisers, are common for these sensors. Medical or pharmaceutical applications can also be addressed. Food or beverage installations require a high grade of cleanliness and hygienic installations – all this can be fulfilled with this product family. The flush mount sensing element is an isolated MEMs with oil filling. The laser welded configuration provides best possible media compatibility and the option for relative and absolute pressures ranges.
