Electronic Pressure Switch

The Electronic Pressure Switch combines the advantages of the general purpose pressure series with the switch functionality. It provides flexible programming options – factory set or programming interface for the customer. There is no real hysteresis on the electronic switch. The reset point can be programmed as needed and its independent from the nominal pressure range. The robustness is identical to our general purpose pressure product family and this switch provides the same range of options and flexibility. Choice of the switching functions Normally open (NO), Normally closed (NC), Window modes. These switching functions serve to define the contact behaviour of the switch.


In Electronic pressure switches, due to the usage of a 14 bit (15 bit optional) electronic, it is possible to achieve a high accuracy at the set/reset points. The internal use of digital values enables the switch to work in very dynamic systems as well as in regular assembly lines (e.g.) The max. frequency to measure is about 1 kHz. The switch option is adoptable for any pressure range from -1…0 bar & 0…5000 bar. The components used allows the switch to work in applications with up to 125°C (257°F) for the media and max. 105°C (221°F).
